Salary: $56,937.26 - $58,939.35 (pro rata) base per annum

Position Summary:
A vacancy exists in the above unit for a highly motivated Administration Officer with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team. Our progressive and innovative team offers development opportunities for our staff and a caring environment for the delivery of high quality patient centred care. The successful applicant will be expected to be able to provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff of the O’Brien Centre:
- Ensures that all telephone calls are answered in an appropriate manner and enquires are responded to appropriately.
- Undertakes a range of operational and administrative tasks under general instruction.
- Ensures communication, reporting and documentation are contemporaneous and accurate.
- Recognises broader implications of immediate problems and acts accordingly.
- Utilises problem solving skills with patient enquiries to ensure calls and appointments are dealt with appropriately.
