This role will expose you to different national capabilities at the leading edge of Australia's response to identity crimes, scams and cybercrimes.

Are you looking for flexibility in a role? This role offers 4hr shifts between 8am – 8pm M-F and 9am – 4pm Sat.

Are you looking for a role with career progression? After 6 months experience within this organisation, there is an opportunity to move into a more specialised role (3 different areas). There is ample opportunity for professional development, growth and industry certification.

To be highly effective within the Frontline Responder Program you will need to be:

• An excellent communicator and a person who can work well within a crisis situation;
• Be competent in communicating with diverse audiences in a manner that is empathetic, caring and directly beneficial to people in need;
• Able to think on your feet and critically analyse risk factors;
• A quick decision maker with the ability to handle pressure;
• Able to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team; and
• Demonstrate strong ethics and integrity in representing our services and maintaining values.

Candidates must have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Completion or near-completion of an undergraduate degree within a relevant discipline or relevant call centre experience;
• The ability to work very efficiently with competing priorities under time constraints;
• An ability to handle personal, commercial and sensitive information;
• Must have a working with children check, including police background check or willing to get these if successful at interview stage.
