The Opportunity
Be part of an exciting and major transformation program within the Transport sector - Digital Systems which targets automation, safety and improved performance. This is an initial 6 month to longer term role, flex work conditions WFH/Office.
The role will provide support to the team across business processes, change and communications, training, and business readiness, and supports the responsible managers to ensure appropriate governance and reporting within the change stream.
Key knowledge and experience
Demonstrated experience and understanding of the various project and change management methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in change analysis and management within an Information Technology project context.
Experience in using a variety of change management principles, methodologies and tools including change impact assessments etc
Strong communication, listening and influencing skills
Flexible and adaptable and willing to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
