Australian Institute of Vocational Development (AIVD) RTO 40596, one of our registered training organisations, based in Gladstone Park - Victoria, delivers accredited training in Civil Construction.
It is an exciting time to join this market leading RTO as it now requires a passionate Trainer to deliver Certificate III in Civil Construction to students in a classroom and simulated work site environment, in various locations across Melbourne and/or regional Victoria. Are you an experienced plant operator with RTO or training experience out in the field and would like the opportunity to upskill to deliver RII30920 Certificate III Civil Construction to new entrants into the industry?

Are you an experienced plant operator with RTO or training experience out in the field and would like the opportunity to upskill to deliver RII30920 Certificate III Civil Construction to new entrants into the industry?
Suitable candidate will have:
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or TAE40110 with TAELLN411 and TAEASS502)
- RII30915 Certificate III in Civil Construction or RII30815 Certificate III in Civil Construction (plant operations)
- At least 5 years’ demonstrated industry work experience/plant operation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and enjoy working in a team environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Full time security
