About the role

Our Newcastle office has a great opportunity for a full-time corporate Receptionist to join our reception team, supporting a busy office of over 120 staff.

Together with one other Receptionist, you are the face and voice of Moray & Agnew Newcastle and your responsibilities will include:

  • greeting clients and staff everyday
  • answering and transferring telephone calls, including message taking
  • booking, setting-up and cleaning meeting rooms for the day
  • following up catering and ordering stationery
  • opening and sorting new client matters and instructions
  • arranging courier deliveries
  • general administrative duties as required

About you

You will genuinely enjoy working with people and providing our office and clients with support and confidentiality. You will have great communication skills and excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities. You will be professionally presented and have a polished telephone manner with enthusiasm and willingness to work on your own and with our team.

Previous reception experience in a professional or legal environment will be highly regarded.

This is a full-time position. The hours of work for this role vary from week to week, between 8.30am to 5.00pm and 9:00am to 5:30pm.
