About the role

Working with the Coles Technology team, the Dynamics 365 F&O and Azure Technical Specialist will be instrumental in the adoption of Dynamics 365 F&O.

As a Dynamics 365 F&O and Azure Technical Specialist, you will:

• Manage development and testing environments – for F&O and other integrated systems;
• Be responsible for the deployments, operation and upgrades of Microsoft Dynamics F&O;
• Undertake post-release activities to develop a base of knowledge to be incorporated in future build and release cycles;
• Identify and suggest opportunities to improve or make modifications to increase system efficiency or functionality;
• Provide 3rd level application support and problem resolution to minimise the impact of application related service outages.
• Provide leadership to development team

About You

We’re after a collaborative and established Technical Consultant with proven experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ideally in a retail or manufacturing setting.

You’ll also need:

• Experience in supporting large complex organisations delivering D365 F&O projects;
• An excellent understanding of D365 F&O operation and best practices;
• Hands-on experience with Azure and its eco system (Azure Data Factory, Azure Service Bus, etc.)
• Experience in working with Azure DevOps for Lifecycle Management, Source Control, CI/CD, YAML files, Build and Release Pipelines
• Good knowledge of Azure: ARM templates, Deploying Azure resources, Service Principals;
• Azure SQL Database, Function App and/or Terraform experience is optional;
• Understanding of relational database design principles and implementation using Microsoft SQL Server;
• Familiarity with web based integration/communication technologies/frameworks e.g. RESTful Web API’s, oData, SSIS;
• A logical approach to problem solving and the ability to constructively propose and review solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical information to various audiences.
