You will have experience in strategic Portfolio Management roles, a proven track record leading successful renewal and digital projects, experience leading a team and strong people management skills
Possession of qualifications relevant to the role (e.g. EPMO or PMO related accreditation, change management, Project Management, Agile Certification) will be highly regarded. Qualifications acquired from an overseas educational institution will only be accepted where the qualification has been recognised to an equivalent level in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework.

- Develop and implement the CCC Renewal and Strategic Projects Roadmap and ensure the team's services are aligned to other organisational strategies, deliver value to the CCC and meet public expectations.
- Drive, manage and oversee the successful delivery of the CCC's major projects, including by preparing business cases, developing and managing project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, changes, risk / issue and dependency registers.
- Engage and collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders (including Government agencies, local government, councils and industry), managing stakeholder expectations, to ensure effective communication and drive program objectives.
- Provide advice and support to assure sound program management, including by overseeing the Project Management Office and by working closely with stakeholders, to ensure that there is effective integration and single point accountability for the delivery of each project.
- Drive program requirements such as, development of program management documentation and workflows, communication strategies, identification of program support requirements and other program administration requirements.
