My client is a leading travel company who have huge growth plans and require a HR coordinatorto assist with all things HR in the Sydney Office
Job Description:
- Develop, own and maintain strong working relationships across a range of departments
- Assist with the administration side of hiring and onboarding all new employees
- Process Payroll in Adp
- Action HR Inbox
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in generalist HR role
- Previous experience actioning Payroll for company employees
- A can-do attitude, someone who demonstrates resilience and tenacity
- Ability to communicate effectively, engage with and influence stakeholders while building strong relationships
- A track record of solving problems and the ability to work consultatively with others
- Ideally a completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
The Package:
A competitive salary of up to $70,000 + Super, Depending on experience
