WHO ARE YOU?

You graduated recently and have had some exposure to digital agency life – either through an internship or a year or two working at an agency. You have a good understanding of what a Digital Producer does and you are excited at the prospect of being able to project manage web development and digital marketing projects. You have a knack for organisation, and understand the importance of ensuring high quality outputs are delivered on time and within budget. You have at least 6 months experience working in a similar role at a digital agency like ours.

You are super organised and reliable, with an eye for detail and strong communication skills. You are keen to further develop your skills and learn from a team of experienced Digital Producers and other Subject Matter Experts.

WHAT’S THE ROLE?

The Digital Producer at Revium is the lynch pin between the customer and the developers and designers in regards to all client related work. As a Junior Digital Producer you will be responsible for providing project support for a range of projects within our diverse client portfolio, working closely with other Digital Producers on the day-to-day management of client inputs and expectations throughout the project delivery lifecycle.

The role will involve a high level of mentorship from our experienced Digital Producers and other staff in the initial stages, to introduce you to the processes and best practices across the business, with a view to enable you to manage projects independently in the future.

With guidance, your main objective will be to help ensure projects are managed and delivered successfully, meet all scope, time and budget requirements and coordinate a diverse set of stakeholders both internally and externally.

Your key responsibilities include:

Project Management

• Support Digital Producers and Account Managers in monitoring scope, requirements, budget, and triage of digital projects
• Manage client support requests from initial brief to delivery, ensuring they are tracked in the key internal systems and relevant processes are followed
• Act as a point of contact for client and project teams and coordinate the flow of information between these stakeholder groups
• Assist in communicating client requirements to project teams
• Communicate project status, changes and risks internally and externally (when necessary)
• Assist with project administration activities (coordinating tickets and resourcing, performing project open and close procedures)
• Assist in eliciting and documenting scope changes and variations
• Assist with project planning and breakdown of milestones and their sub tasks
• Consistently deliver high-quality services to our clients
• Assist with raising project invoices
• Motivate and generate enthusiasm within the team

Communication

• Assist in the facilitation of team and client meetings, and the documentation of meeting outputs where required
• Keep Account Managers informed of any risks to project delivery (timing, budget, scope variation etc.)
• Capture and stores client communications accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all documentation issued adheres to Revium process and brand guidelines
• Seek approval/sign-off where appropriate from the Lead Digital Producer or other senior staff in a timely manner

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Assist with the development of test-scripts and conduct verification testing
• Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner

• Approximately 6 months to 2 years’ experience working as a Digital Producer/Project Manager in the digital space.
• Experience working in a digital agency.
• Great project management skills as well as the ability to engage and communicate with various clients and external stakeholders.
• Keen to further develop your skills and invest time in training and development.
• A growing passion for digital.
• Exceptional attention to detail including excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and reliable.
