We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Marketing Specialist based in Oakleigh South.

The Junior Marketing Specialist will contribute to the planning, direction and coordination of vendor marketing campaigns by working closely with other key marketing team members to deliver successful marketing campaigns.

About the role:

• Develop, coordinate and execute vendor marketing campaign activities
• Design and build strategic customer journey and flow through marketing automation software
• Manage campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social, email and events – both virtual and in-person.
• Create high quality copy to be used across a range of marketing mediums
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with vendor partners and stakeholders.
• Create, submit and follow-up all marketing activities to ensure they meet deadlines.
• Work closely with the branding and content team to develop and curate content for marketing purposes
• Monitor, analyse and report results and effectiveness of vendor marketing activities.
• Provide on-going support to marketing department while working closely with Product Management Department and Sales teams.
• Analyse and interpret data to determine the success or failure of a marketing and/or promotional campaign.
• Ability to manage time, deliver on budget and work on multiple priorities

About you:

• One to two years proven marketing experience
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
• Ability to solve practical problems effectively.
• Good verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
• Be creative, well organised, self-motivated and able to work in a team and independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Familiarity with other Graphics programs, marketing automation and social media platforms is desirable
