Liquor Manager/Assistant Manager (2IC)

This ensures we continually evolve our product range to best suit our customer's needs.
We are looking for diligent, hard-working and passionate individuals for the role of Liquor Manager/Assistant Manager (2IC). Our store is located in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria. The successful applicant/s will work with and report directly to the Store Manager, assisting with daily duties across the store.
The Liquor Manager/Assitant Manager (2IC) will be responsible for the following:
- Working with the Store Manager to manage the Liquor department.
- Providing exemplary customer service- including operating the cash register
- Stock presentation and merchandising
- Adhering to allocated budgets
- Ordering stock - warehouse and direct suppliers
- Liaising with supplier representatives
- Any other tasks as required by the Store Manager

- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (all employees are given 30 days from the first day of employment to obtain this certificate at the cost of the employee)
- Previous experience in a retail supermarket is essential

Salary: From $22.33 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hoppers Crossing VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
