- Locum rates + weekly pay
Experienced Social Worker required for hospital in the Franskton area. The role is to start ASAP for 3 months + possible extension. 3 days per week (24 hours per week).
The role is working with the support another experienced Social Workers but independently managing referrals in acute and rehab hospital setting. This would involve general discharge planning including liaising with patient/family/service/care providers. Referring for services, arranging ACAS assessments, arranging respite or permanent care, attending to other matters such as power of attorney issues, elder abuse issues, end of life concerns, or anything else that arises within the social work role. There is a supportive nursing/medical/allied health team environment.
You must have recent experience in an acute/rehab hospital setting. No accommodation available.
