Job description

We are a COVID-19 testing company looking for a Logistics Coordinator to help run our warehouse efficiently and according to safety guidelines. Logistics Administrator responsibilities include supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the order fulfillment cycle. Ultimately, you will ensure our sites receive the right supply and equipment on time.

Shift starts 10:00AM-03:00

Monday-Sunday (Must be availble on weekends)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
• Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
• Check Sites' needs on a regular basis
• Pack the necessary supplies for the sites based on their need
• Coordinate with and schedule the drivers for efficient delivery
• Coordinate with site acquisition team
• Set up new sites
• Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
• Schedule shifts for our drivers and warehouse staff
• Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed

Skills

• Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
• Knowledge of logistics software or transport management systems
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All candidates must be vaccinated, except in case of allowable exemption.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
