Job description
Manages Addressing Services unit. Manages mailing lists and oversees addressing standards and pricing for UniPrint. Operates inkjet, tabber and inserting equipment. Manages staff and student employees. Consults with and advises customers regarding addressing procedures and services. Aids CSR group regarding data, postal regulations and pricing. Resolves customer issues. Manages and reconciles OSU’s mailing permit with USPS. Acts as liaison with USPS to ensure proper mailing guidelines are followed for OSU’s permit mailings. Manages inventory of postal supplies with USPS. Develops and implements departmental policies. Assists with the preparation of annual budget. Researches and evaluates new developments in addressing processing. Implements processes and improvements for a more effective operation and provides equipment recommendations.
Education and years of experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in mailroom management.
Progressively responsible management experience in a mailroom/addressing services setting is desired.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Bulk Mailer or equivalent software to process bulk mailings.

Target pay rate: $17.10 to $22.50
