How you'll make an impact:

To facilitate continuous improvement the Brisbane site is required to implement Global project initiatives at a local level. As such, the Operations team requires support with project specific activities relating to these Global initiatives. The Manufacturing Support (Projects) Associate I will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of the Single Use (SU) Global project initiative at Brisbane. The Manufacturing Associate must ensure that local project milestones are achieved to a high level of Quality and in a timely manner in order to achieve success. The job is an entry level position within Manufacturing Support with the potential to progress into either Manufacturing Support, Operation’s or Process Engineering Support departments.

What will you do?

• Drive and support the Operational (USP, DSP and MBP) and Process Engineering departments with the implementation of process platform BOMS in Brisbane.
• Co-ordinate and lead the Single Use (SU) Project initiative at the Brisbane Facility.
• SU Project co-ordination
  • Being Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Brisbane in Global meetings
  • Tracking of submission and approval process for Brisbane SU materials into the Global SU catalogue
  • Tracking of order status for SU items
  • Maintaining and accurate priority list of the SU project to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Following up an action item close outs in accordance with project milestones.
  • Maintenance of the BNE SU Project Smartsheet tracker/Teams page to ensure that information is centralised and up to date.
  • Co-ordination of local meetings with working groups and stakeholders ensuring
    • Stakeholders are regularly updated with updates
    • Working group is held accountable for action closure
• Ensure the completion of the following documents in accordance with agreed project timelines
  • USP, DSP and MBP Process Flow Diagrams (PFD)s for USP, DSP, and MBP
  • ACF creation of SU materials/PFDs included in the single use catalogue/PFDs
  • MPS creation of SU materials/PFDs included in the single use catalogue
    • Update of platform BOM’s, Kanban ordering lists and liaison with internal Supply Chain team for ordering.
• Own, develop and keep Smartsheet batch readiness trackers for OPS/PE schedules up-to date.
• Support with PP templating work requiring ability to operate within a QMS.
• Support with change management projects and ability to matrix manage cross functional departmental change controls.
