• Including 15% shift penalty, $26.59 per hour in the first 3 months during probation, $30.41 after 3 months + 12% Superannuation

About the role

As a Postal Delivery Officer (PDO), you will start your early mornings at 6:00am sorting mail and small parcels before you go out and deliver on your motorbike in all types of weather.

To do that, you’ll need:

• To be a confident and experienced rider on a motorcycle

• To have experience riding off road though not mandatory

• To successfully pass our mandatory and practical riding assessment

• A great memory and hand/eye co-ordination to sort the mail

• To be fit enough to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly

• To meet our safe working load limit of weighing 100kgs or less

• A friendly, enthusiastic and reliable personality who enjoys interacting with others

• Someone who enjoys early morning starts, and can be counted on to deliver mail to where it needs to go

• The flexibility to put in extra hours if required
