Your new role
As part of the Unsecured Inbound Support team at NAB, your main responsibilities will include:
- Receiving inbound calls from customers enquiring about their NAB loan application updates
- Providing status updates on loan personal and credit card loan applications
- Assisting case managers in responding to the applicants
- Connecting the callers to the right team for assistance.
- Delivering customer service excellence
- Adhering to compliance protocols at all times
This position is a full time temporary ongoing assignment paying $30.95 per hour plus super.
You will be working 8 hours shifts on a rotating roster between 8 am – 6 pm; Mon – Fri. This is a hybrid role with 2 weeks of training provided in office.
There are extension opportunities available to the right candidate at the end of the assignment.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous Customer Service experience is a must
- Call centre experience is highly advantageous.
- Banking experience is highly advantageous.
- Previous exposure in an administration capacity.
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer interactions.
- Past experience in working as part of a team.
