This client is a loved pet, produce and plant nursery with a difference and looking for a Nursery Manager to join their hard-working and dedicated team in Capalaba. About the Role
As Nursery Manager, you will bring your passion for plants and people to this highly customer-focused role. The perfect candidate will have previous management experience and won't be afraid to get their hands dirty. You will be responsible for providing high-quality service to your customer around plants, products, services and treatments, managing plants and creating inviting displays, maintaining store standards, and driving the continued success of the Nursery.
About You
- A passion for plants and people is a must!
- Must have Retail Management experience
- You have a strong customer focus - you know how to maintain and generate a loyal client base!
- You love people - working with them and wowing them with your service is what you do best!
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- You enjoy being a part of the team and have the drive to succeed
- Stock management and visual merchandising skills
- Strong sales ability and results-focused
