The Operations Associate specializes in client service to ensure the maintenance of an efficient, organized office that allows the Financial Advisors to focus their energy on building client relationships. The associate is a liaison between the home office, financial advisors, and clients. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Client/Service Support

• Having an organized process for insurance and investment onboarding
• Completing insurance and investment applications/paperwork
• Execute re-balancing strategies across client portfolios
• Coordinating asset movement between investment companies
• Handling daily correspondence and service requests with clients
• Strategic planning as it relates to insurance and investments
• Ordering exams for underwriting
• Communicating with underwriters and tracking daily status reports
• Communicating with clients to obtain additional underwriting requirements
• Tracking and reporting policy and contract delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to multitask, and time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
• Desire and capacity to further financial education and credentials
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and strengthen client information

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 - year’s experience in financial services industry or knowledge of insurance/investments
• Series 6 and 63 investments license
• Minnesota state life & health insurance license
• Administrative support and/or customer service experience
