MAIN PURPOSE
You will be the first point of contact for Chubb Business Services (CBS)/ Underwriting in relation to process queries and will help support Process /System changes within Operations. You will also work with the Offshore Delivery Leader to transfer work between the onshore and offshore business support team to achieve optimum service delivery.
Your Responsibilities:
Operational Support
Be the liaison between the business, technology teams and support teams as a representative for Operations
Maintain systems knowledge and utilize technical knowledge and subject matter expertise to proactively support the business in relation to Operations and to identify improvement opportunities
Handle complex and exception instances and CBS bounce backs
Resolve issues relating to system and workflows
Monitor & communicate key processes and management of information to ensure offshore adhere to service and process changes
Owner of Promapp guides
Maintain a change register to log all process and systems changes outside of Promapp
CBS Onshore Support
Attend fortnightly and monthly ops calls to provide updates and insights on quality feedback, RCA and required actions
Provide updates on system and or process changes that impact CBS
Submit required Change Requests (CRs) and provide and receive updates on pending CRs
Project Support
Support Operational Projects - responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion
Reporting- review of CBS dashboardsto ensure prior day SLA and workbaskets within expectation
Review open work items / pending docs of resigned Underwriters to ensure closed out or re-assigned prior to departure.
Coordinate clean up activities
Support onshore UAT as required
Qualifications
Your Skills & Experience
Advanced use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficient in the use of Outlook
Basic understanding of General Insurance business would be beneficial
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment with excellent organisational skills & prioritisation
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal to internal and external stakeholders
Excellent relationship management skills with a Customer Centric attitude and focus
Able to work with all organization levels
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
