Responsible to supervise the Operations Administrator, Teller, and Universal Banker I staff at designated location(s). Accountable to ensure that customer service, referral, and internal control standards are met for transaction processing. Responsible to perform all related work responsibilities consistent with the standardized procedures and compliance requirements of the Bank. Accountable to process customer transactions accurately and according to the customer service standards of the Bank.Identify customer needs for convenience services and referral opportunities for other services offered by the Bank and Financial Services. Perform specific customer service, operational, and branch support work duties as defined.
