Hi, I'm Michael Darby, founder and managing director of Quantum United. My passion is helping build & transform owners corporations, into thriving residential communities that residents are proud to call home. My connection with community was fostered and developed through many years in hospitality management working at golf resorts and ski resorts through Australia, Canada & Europe; both two key passions of mine.

In 2006 with a determination to innovate and raise the bar in community management around Australia, I founded Quantum United Management in my spare bedroom alongside my trusty sidekick 'Buddy'; a golden labrador. Quantum quickly built up and became a leader in owners corporation management and consulting, in particular of large scale complex projects. We currently have a team of 20.

Who are you? Well, you'll have at least 12-months' experience under your belt but more importantly, people will probably tend to describe you as:

The gig?

In broad terms, you'll focus on building strong relationships with clients and providing outstanding service. You'll ensure compliance with all Group Policies and Procedures and associated legal requirements. The role will include administrative tasks, handling and running meetings with clients, financial management, arranging and managing suppliers and contractors, and generally meeting the needs of our clients to their high level satisfaction.
