The Role:

As a Personal Care Worker at St. Louis Aged Care, you will work as part of a supportive team in a beautiful environment that fosters positive connections. You will be helping St Louis’ much respected residents live a better-quality life, assisting with daily living activities including all aspects of personal care, and social activities with a strong focus on our clients and their choices.

About You:

As a Personal Care Worker you will demonstrate a genuine commitment to the care of others and appreciate the role of older people in society. You will have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and have a willingness to adhere to established care plans, as well as St Louis’ Policies and Procedures.

Our selection criteria is based on character, qualifications, and competence.

To be successful in your application you will need:

• Covid-19 Vaccination and Booster (Essential)
• Yearly Flu Vaccination
• A polite manner and a passion for service to older members of the community
• Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
• Reliability and flexibility to work
• A strong command of English
• Commitment to further undertake in-house education and training
• National Police Clearance (No more than 2 years old)
