About the Roles Available:

Numerous exciting and unique opportunities present themselves for Pharmacists to join our wonderful team who provide healthcare services to patients. These positions can cover both clinical and dispensary pharmacist duties with on-the job training provided for the successful applicant.

It is a great opportunity to develop hospital pharmacy skills across a number of disciplines.

Community pharmacists are encouraged to apply, as this is a great pathway to transition into hospital pharmacy! Training and Support will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct medication chart reviews, medication reconciliation and medication management plans
• Prepare medication profiles
• Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team in providing patient centred care and expert professional knowledge
• Dispense and supply medications in line with legal and professional requirements
• Clinical liaison with the relevant hospital wards and clinics
• Assist with business and process improvement.

What You’ll Need:

• A current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist
• Membership with a Professional Indemnity Insurance provider
• A can-do attitude and team focus
• Have excellent attention to detail
• A desire to learn and thrive in a rapidly evolving industry
• A vibrant personality and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Current Covid-19 vaccinations as per Public Health Orders
