We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to take on the role of Production Coordinator at our Tom Price Fixed Plant. You will undertake a range of support activities to assist in enabling the safe and efficient performance of the production team.
This role will be a great opportunity for a motivated and results driven individual to play a pivotal part in supporting the sustainable and efficient processing of iron ore through our Fixed Plant.
Reporting to the Production Supervisor and working within a challenging and exciting environment, you will be:
- Working and behaving in a manner that demonstrates a commitment to Our Values of Care, Courage and Curiosity
- Ensure the building and strengthening of working relationships with team members and key stakeholders to foster a culture of shared knowledge and common processes
- Ensuring shift members and contractors understand and comply with HSE working procedures
- Assisting in identify training and development needs for team members and provide feedback to the Supervisor
- Recommending changes to the Supervisor that impact the production of the shift; address to negate problems, or capitalize on opportunities, and carry out those changes once approved
- Assisting the Supervisor to conduct performance reviews by providing input to team members’ performance
- Undertaking acting duties when the Supervisor is absent and liaising with other departments and stakeholders in a professional manner
- Allocating tasks to crew members at the commencement of the shift in accordance to the daily plan, and throughout the shift in response to changes to work priorities
- Reporting on the performance of the shift and participating in handovers between shifts
What you’ll bring

- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A practiced ability to organise and prioritise multiple, time-sensitive tasks
- An unrestricted 'C' Class manual driver's licence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, including, Word, Email, PowerPoint and Excel
It will also be beneficial if you have:
- Familiarity with work management processes
- Experience working in a leading hand or step-up capacity
- Experience working with large teams

Tom Price is located in the central Pilbara, west of Karijini National Park and is our original Pilbara mine, currently employing residential and fly in fly out employees.
