The North Face is in search of a Production Coordinator to join our growing TNF Brand Creative production team.
The Production Coordinator serves as the main support for our producer team, working in tandem with Producers and Art Directors, to ensuring productions are executed smoothly and effectively. The mail role of the production coordinator will be to support the producers, focusing on managing logistics, coordinating travel, expenses and contracts. The production coordinator will work alongside the producers on projects interfacing with the Brand Content, Creative team, and Sports Marketing to help deliver photography and videos to the guidelines of creative briefs and provide the visual needs required of The North Face's retail, wholesale, social, digital, product and eCommerce channels.
The ideal candidate will be a well-organized multitasker who is detail-oriented and articulate.
You will enjoy being part of a fast-paced, agile, and prolific production team in a key support role.
As a Production Coordinator, You Will:
  • Help manage production logistics—booking travel, managing expenses, maintaining bookkeeping and coordinating crews.
  • Support in ensuring proper execution of productions, managing permits and release forms.
  • Support product sourcing for production, ensuring all product is sourced from key partners in a timely manner.
  • Support production across the entire arc of photo production from pre-production through final photo delivery.
  • Assists in development of tactical execution of photo shoots with Sr Producers.
  • Liaise with the Data Asset Manager to ensure all content created through productions are organized, backed-up and properly tagged.
  • Support in monitoring several email accounts, managing inboxes and calendars
  • Basic scheduling of photo, video and editorial projects.
  • Secondary point of contact for crewing; fulfilling resourcing requests for upcoming global projects liaising with the Human Resources team and the resources; supporting the Associate Producers in maintaining call sheets for resources, and tracking/approving invoices
  • Lead the process of establishing efficient and effective systems for sourcing talent for photo and video productions.
What You Bring:
  • Years of Related Professional Experience: 3 years of experience with photography and video production.
  • Established production experience, working on sets and understanding the production world.
Skills:
  • High level of organizational and planning skills.
  • Knowledge of The North Face product and brand.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to navigate creative process.
  • Proven track record of managing projects, budgets, and timelines. Well organized and deadline oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and strong presentation skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively and tactfully with clients, vendors and photographers.
  • Able to organize and schedule work effectively, handle multiple tasks and work well under time constraints.
  • Must be team oriented, diplomatic, self-starter.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Photoshop and general database management.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Flexibility with schedule and ability to work long hours across several weeks depending on production schedule.
Salary Range:
$56,160.00 USD - $84,240.00 USD annually
