About this Position:

We are seeking a Program Control Analyst at our Fairfax, VA location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Assist the Program Management Office (PMO) with program schedule, financial, and contractual tracking needs in the execution of one or more programs within the Electronic Systems (ES) division
• Assist in the preparation of resource loaded program schedules for assigned projects
• Review all related labor and non-labor cost transactions for accuracy
• Monitor cost performance and advise the Program Manager (PM) of status
• Performs analyses of program financial performance in support of the PM and contractual and Trident requirements.
• Support the business development activities through preparation of pricing information for proposals
• Willingness to perform duties outside of role in order maintain schedule and cost integrity of a program.
• Provide oral and written communications on status and issues for the PM
• Assist in preparation of technical, financial, and schedule status reports for both internal and external customers

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering Management, Finance, or equivalent experience/education

Years of Experience: 2-5 years’ experience, or a commensurate combination of education, training, and experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Experience with financial tools, contracts, procurement, invoice reviews, budgeting
• Advanced Skills using MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project
• Experience with SharePoint, JIRA, and Power BI and Pro-Pricer a plus
• Experience working with functional departments such as Engineering, Finance, Contracts
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, time-management, and organizational ability
• Strong ability to perform in a high paced environment and multitask
• Familiar with Government Contracting Terms and Conditions, Government Property, and material procurement policies and procedures

The successful candidate must be capable of receiving a US Government security clearance. US Citizenship Required.
