The Australian Cyber Security Centre's (ACSC) Cyber Enhanced Situational Awareness and Response (CESAR) program, aims to undertake a range of activities to make Australia the safest country in the world to connect and conduct business on-line including:

o Disrupt cyber crime
o Persistent visibility of Critical Infrastructure IT network security
o Cyber Threat Intelligence
o Improved engagement across government, industry and community
o Improved cyber situational awareness Program

Resource Coordinators are required to work within the Australian Signals Directorate's Cyber Security Centre to oversee onboarding, induction and off-boarding related activities in addition to other general program administrative tasks. Key knowledge or experience required include:

o Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of on-boarding, induction and of-boarding processes.
o Demonstrated experience with resource planning.
o Demonstrated ability to promote a strong cultural fit using various methods of engagement.
o Ability to improve efficiencies in workflows and processes, apply critical thinking to work towards timeframes and deadlines.
o Must be highly organised and possess excellent oral and written communication skills to support a wide range of stakeholders.
o Strong attention to detail in delivering timely and accurate work.
o Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to employ a variety of tailored communication skills to form productive working relationships.
o An understanding of procurement and recruitment processes would be highly desirable.
o Assisting with general administrative tasks to define and maintain registers, access controls and quality processes.
o Demonstrated administration and organisational skills within Defence's Desktop Environments is desirable thought not essential.
o Excellent work ethic, able to self-manage and progress tasks independently.

Note: An Organisational Suitability Assessment (OSA) is a mandatory requirement for contracted staff working in ASD beyond 12 months. Essential Criteria

• Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of on-boarding, induction and of-boarding processes.
• Demonstrated accurate recordkeeping ability with the skill to organise tasks and work with various stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate work.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven history of building strong working relationships and working in complex Defence or Government environment.

Desirable Criteria

• Knowledge of procurement, recruitment and resource management frameworks, procedures and policies.
• Experience with the Defence desktop environment and associated applications.
