About the opportunity


CSR has embarked on a business-wide strategic transformation with the purpose of building solutions for a better future. This includes executing a new Supply Chain strategy to deliver industry leading capability, customer service and efficiency across CSR. To deliver on our ambitions, a new Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team is being formed to drive the strategic change and embed leading planning capability (demand, supply and inventory) across the organisation. The IBP Project is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to ensure the successful delivery of business outcomes as they relate to scope, quality, budget and timelines.

This role will be accountable for the following:

  • Support delivery through the appropriate governance structure to deliver projects in line with the CSR PM governance framework.
  • Support in maintaining comprehensive project plans (scope, objectives, resourcing, costs and milestones) to provide a consolidated view across all functions and/or workstreams.
  • Support the project manager for project administrative tasks- reviewing invoices and matching to budget, new starter on boarding, diary management for workshops and administrative tasks.
  • Support project manager in developing mitigations for risks and issues
  • Track budget, benefits, timelines, issues, risks, opportunities of the project against plan
  • Understand project methodologies including experience in delivery of business outcomes with software and business components
  • Develop build and maintain relationships and communicate across many different functions and organisation levels
  • Demonstrate organisational skills and critical thinking skills
  • Co-ordinate the project team meetings, workshops and meeting preparation
  • Support documentation of the future state and be able to provide a high level view vs detail
  • Support with HR/Change Lead to document/analyse change impact and ensure that change activities are integrated in the project plan
  • Work with key stakeholders to support the delivery of project & change plan
  • Comply with WHSE authorities in accordance with the responsibilities matrix

About you


To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven ability to successfully support projects management scope and budgets in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
