Registered and Enrolled Nurses - Novice Program

Hollywood Private Hospital is running a Novice Program open to nursing staff who are interested in a career in theatre. This is a rare opportunity to grow your skillset and establish your competence in a highly desired and rewarding field.

The program will be working between the PACU and Anaesthetics unit. The program will be supported by supernumerary time, structured rotations and the support and overview of an educator.

Essential Selection Criteria

• Registered or Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Ability to participate in a 7-day rotating roster and availability to participate in an on-call roster
• Demonstrated ability to be highly organised with workloads
• An understanding of OHS principles
• An understanding of conflict resolution skills

Remuneration

Enrolled Nurses (Medication Endorsed): On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from; $30.71 - $32.99 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr4) [ FTE $60 700.64 - $65 200.20]

Registered Nurses: On offer is a full-time equivalent, base annual salary ranging from; $73,239.29 - $96,376.66 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (WA gr1-gr8)

Requirements
