Our progressive and innovative team offers development opportunities for our staff and a caring environment for the delivery of high quality patient centred care. The successful applicant(s) will be expected to be able to perform assessment and short term intervention in Acute Care Team and Mental Health Triage for community mental health service, as well as to provide long-term care for case management clients. Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality consumer care and services to support families and carers of people with mental illness 5. Commitment to provision of recovery-focused holistic mental health interventions. 6. Excellent computer, written, and verbal communication skills, and effective interpersonal and organisational skills, including using an electronic medical record system. 7. Demonstrated experience within a mental health acute care and/or triage setting 8. Current unrestricted NSW Drivers Licence in the above unit for a highly motivated Registered Nurse with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team.
