  • Do you want to work for an organisation that is committed to promoting choice, wellbeing and quality of life for older Australians?
  • Do you enjoy making a difference in the lives of others?
  • Do you want to work with a team of dedicated professionals, where people and values come first?

At Christian Brethren Community Services your heart will be filled with joy as you make a difference in the lives of Australia’s national treasures. You will have many rewarding and enriching experiences through the relationships you form and the care you deliver in our Cherrybrook facility.

You will be central to enhancing the quality of life of our residents in our 60 bed facility by the way you lead and mentor the care team by example and in the application of your extensive clinical knowledge and passion for aged care to make a positive difference. As a leader, you will empower the team to do the same, taking pride in the important work they do. Your cheerful approach and can – do attitude will contribute to the team environment and high quality care.

CBCS provides training and development, salary packaging benefits and the chance to work with a team of dedicated professionals. Our focus is not limited to our residents but also your well being where you will thrive in an organisation where Christ’s love compels us to care for and enrich our community.

You will bring your current Nursing Registration with AHPRA, excellent communication and documentation skills, a sound understanding of care planning, Aged Care Quality & Safety Standards and ACFI principles, and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Join us! We won’t keep you waiting and will respond to your application promptly, so email your cover letter and resume.
