About the role:

Falling under the banner of Kent Relocation Group, KRS is a prime example of a successful and tailored coordination service that delivers exemplary customer service. As a relatively new business unit to Kent, it has an enviable team culture and a strong focus on training and development. Led by our inspirational General Manager who herself has years of experience in the removals industry this is a rare opportunity within her team to fill a 6-month fulltime contract starting in September over the peak season. Enabled by a stellar coordination system that ensures your customer service is impeccable, this role can be based anywhere and has the flexibility to work from home the entire time.

Some of what you will be doing:

• Displaying a flare for customer service to support our clients during the stressful process of relocating
• Liaise with suppliers and develop relationships to ensure the best client experience
• Acknowledge requests, respond to issues and handle escalations with a solution focused mindset
• Accurately and methodically entering client details in accordance with our state-of-the-art IT platform

About you:

Ideally you will have previous experience with client coordination within the relocation or travel industry. However, attitude is everything and this role will come with a full induction and 2-week training program to get the individual up to speed.
