Server:
Server Job Responsibilities:
Guide guest experiences to Hana Japan's quality standards
Suggestive selling to maximize guest experience and personal sales
Multi-tasking to handle multiple priorities
Server Qualifications:
1 or more years of server or customer service experience
Seasoned speaker who is comfortable around guests
Outstanding communication skills
Able to work 3+ days a week
Server Preferences:
POS knowledge- Toast is a plus
ServeSafe certification
Bartender Salary: $24 + tips
Bartender Job Responsibilities:
- Complete beverage orders (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for dining and bar guests.
- Suggestive selling to guests to improve guest experience.
- Maintain 3 compartment glass sink for sanitation and cleanliness.
- Familiarization with POS operations for steady work flow.
Bartender Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of bartending or bar experience
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivator with a positive disposition
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities without strict instructions
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $24.00 per hour
