Our customer is an international insurance aggregator and this role is supporting one particular international brand, providing you exceptional training and all the tools you need to become an expert in their products. This is an opportunity to develop not only your sales skills, but work within an organization that is passionate about your engagement in the role and your own career progression.
Today as a result of growth, they are seeking to appoint a new team of 6 Consultants to their dynamic contact centre. They are particularly interested in people who have a passion for service and a desire to learn about integrity selling, maximizing on their own earning potential whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.

- Earn Monthly Commissions – you will start on a salary package of $55.5k (the average consultant is earning annually between $65-$70k plus super), and the high performers are consistently earning a min of $80k.

- Complete a Cert 3 in Business at no cost to you plus some work time allocated!
- Enjoy non transactional conversations with your customers and only averaging a total of approximately15 calls per day

- Benefit from comprehensive induction training to make sure you’ll excel in the role - so thats 4 weeks full time paid training.
- Enjoy a competitive salary package with commissions, plus the promise of a base salary increase after a successful 6 and then 12 months service.
- Enjoy a rotating shift roster between 8am - 4pm & 10am - 6pm, Monday – Fri, shifts given out 4 weeks in advance!
- Keep the weekends for you!
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building rapport to understand our customers and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Listening to and educating your customers to support the successful conversion of an inbound customer enquiry, into the purchase of the right ‘fit for purpose’ car insurance
- Working with call centre KPIs
- Achieving sales conversion and productivity targets w
- Achieving QA targets.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions
- Providing product information to customers
- Troubleshooting issues and answering any queries
- Following legislation and process guidelines
What you will bring to this role:
- Previous experience in customer service or customer focussed sales, retail or hospitality preferred
- Highly developed communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to suit each customer’s needs
- The ability to build a strong relationship with customers over the phone
- A strong attention to detail
- An engaging and friendly personality that can identify the customer’s needs
- Goal driven with the ability to achieve KPI targets
- A dedication to providing superior customer service
- A flexible, ‘can do’ attitude coupled with a genuine passion for salles
- Highly motivated with a willingness to learn
- Computer literate and can demonstrate an ability to learn new systems quickly
