About the Opportunity

WDRC are looking for candidates who will be responsible for performing a range of cleaning duties, reporting maintenance, and providing customer service to the community to assist in the operations of the Dalby Regional Saleyards.

Reporting to the Saleyards Coordinator, you will:

• perform commercial cleaning of the Dalby Regional Saleyards within allocated timeframes;
• report any maintenance issues and cleaning supply requests to maintain the facility;
• provide a high standard of customer service to relevant key stakeholders to maintain a cooperative work environment; and
• possess good time management skills.

About yourself

The successful applicant will have:

• Certificate II in Cleaning and/or able to demonstrate commercial cleaning experience including cleaning and maintenance practices and procedures;
• a current Queensland Class C Drivers Licence; and
• a Q Fever Immunisation or willingness to obtain one.

It is strongly recommended that applicants are fully vaccinated (as per COVID-19 vaccine guidelines recognised by the Therapeutic Goods Administration or as determined by Queensland Health (Public Health Direction)). You agree that you will comply with Council's COVID-19 Vaccination - Organisational Policy.
