ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a driven and proactive individual to join our CO Brands Ecommerce Studio team as a Sample Coordinator. You will support our brand with hands-on sample management and coordination, including scanning in, tracking, delivering and allocating samples across our studio. You will provide the creative team with general administration and departmental duties to improve the operating rhythm of our production department and will drive processes that will enable our team to deliver high quality products. We are looking for an analytical problem solver who has a passion for delivering amazing products, if this sounds like you then apply now.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a similar Coordinator/Administration role is preferred but not essential
- A graduate who has a passion for product and production is highly regarded
- Proven ability in being proactive with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to take initiative, remain solutions focused and work autonomously
- Capability to safely perform repetitive tasks including lifting, standing and walking
- Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong, organisation, planning and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with leaders
- Microsoft Excel skills are highly regarded
