About the role

The Co-Group are looking for an experienced Scheduling/Rostering Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our business partners, providing administrative duties and assigning support workers to clients/participants to ensure we deliver high quality services that meet their needs. This is a full time ongoing permanent position.

Details and responsibilities of the role

  • Monday to Friday business hours
  • Kings Park office
  • Scheduling support workers across NSW
  • Ensure due diligence in matching an appropriately skilled and experienced Support Worker to the specific client care needs, and respecting the client requests
  • Scheduling in a manner to minimise overtime and violations of rest breaks
  • Assisting Support Workers optimise their hours of work through creative scheduling

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in the role, you will require the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in high volume rostering and scheduling within Aged Care, Disability or Community Services
  • Demonstrated high-level customer service skills
  • Proven experience utilising rostering software in the community services or health sector
  • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail with data entry
  • Proven ability to prioritise a variable workload to ensure high priority requirements are met

Salary: $45,354.76 – $70,203.67 per year
