A top 100 AFR firm who over the past 5 years have gone from a boutique firm to a mid-tier firm with 3 locations. This growth has happened on the back of excellent client service and Directors who are extremely well networked.
Last year saw the SMSF team take a leap forward with a new, highly experienced Manager brought on to help facilitate further growth in 2022. Since then, new clients have been walking through the door and we need an Intermediate Accountant to help the division grow even further.

About the role
You will be working directly with an experienced and high performing manager and your day-to-day duties will include:
- Preparation of financial statements and tax returns for Superannuation funds
- Preparation of fund BAS and IAS
- Superannuation fund administration
- Research of legislation relating to funds to assist with compliance, tax and retirement planning
- Liaising with the ATO and ASIC
- Assisting with other specialist ad-hoc tasks
About you
- At least 1.5 years’ experience in a similar SMSF Accounting role
- High level communication and client service skills
- Effective time manage skills and be focused on accuracy & quality in your work
- Willingness to learn and apply knowledge
