Your new opportunity

As Solution Architect, you’ll provide architectural direction and solution design for information technology change, from a broad RAA perspective and at an individual solution level. In addition, you will:

• Research, design, communicate and specify solutions for approved change requests/projects. This includes analysis and design re data, applications, interfaces and infrastructure requirements.
• Work collaboratively with key business and technical stakeholders across the program and the wider business
• Provide scoping, cost/time estimation required to deliver all aspects of a solution (particularly effort, software, communications and infrastructure)
• Maintain active oversight of technical solution delivery through provision of appropriate guidance and applicable standards
• Support the continuous improvement of the RAA Architecture practice through the enhancement of standards, principles, modelling techniques, templates and methods

• Demonstrated ability to think strategically across complex business issues
• Demonstrated experience in definition of solutions (knowledge of applications and infrastructure layers) and knowledge across a broad range of technologies
• Demonstrated experience in architecture planning
• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills mixed with proven ability to effectively influence people at all levels
