About the Role
- Comply with and utilise procedures, policies, regulations and standards which impact upon the position, including contemporary human resource management requirements and practices, such as workplace health and safety, equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination policies.
- Operate as professionally responsible to the Director of Anaesthesia and Peri-operative Medicine. Provide ethical decision making in the achievement of organisational goals.
- Currency in clinical anaesthesia for immediate service provision to backfill temporary vacancies
- Provide specialist anaesthetic, analgesic and related services for patients undergoing elective and emergency procedures at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital including obstetric patients.
- Undertake anaesthetic outpatient consultations, pre-operative assessments and consultations and other specialist services as required.
