About the role:
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting role available for a Store Development Administration Assistant to join our Store Development Team. Reporting to the Store Development Manager your responsibilities will include being the center point of communication across all Departments & external contractors. The role coordinates all work between Retail Store Design, shop fitting, external contractors, Retail landlords & our entire Accent team for the building of all our Retail Stores.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Maintain store development projects with store development team
  • Maintain appointments, activations & delivery schedules.
  • Enter & monitor projects on smartsheet and alert store development team and external partners of any tasks requiring action to fulfil crucial timelines.
  • Monitor project timelines to ensure permit/consent applications, are submitted within expected processing period.
  • Liaise with external partners to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Responsible for maintaining store development schedule update to internal stakeholders.
  • Process invoices on Medius
  • Create store development presentations.
  • Maintain store development meeting minutes & distribute to relevant departments.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
  • Strong communication skills both written and orally.
  • Excellent attention to detail including accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
  • Must be organized with strong time management skills
  • Dynamic and adaptable work ethic
  • Able to be dependable, follow instructions, respond to management direction.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft suite programs
