Mater Education has an exciting opportunity for a Student Services Officer on a permanent full time basis to join one of Australia’s leading healthcare education providers.

Working as a member of Mater’s Education team, you will be responsible for administration, compliance and student enrolments and support a culture of excellence in customer service.

Salary range: $32.77 - $36.63 (AO3) per hour plus superannuation

What you’ll be doing

Working as part of the Student Services Team you will provide quality administration of the student enrolment process and contribute to improving the student journey with Mater Education.

The role has responsibility for administration of regulatory and legislative reporting functions as they relate to Mater Education’s obligations as an RTO, VET Provider and Pre-Qualified Supplier.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders and it is expected that the boundaries of the role will change to meet changing organisational needs.

About you

To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:

• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Experience within RTO environment
• Proficient in use of Student/Learning Management Systems and external reporting systems
• Strong customer service focus approach to work and clients
• Well-developed communication skills – written and verbal
• Attention to detail and application of accuracy in data collection and reporting
• Strong knowledge of State and Federal Government funding types

Desirable that you hold a current:

• Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
