Eden Ritchie are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to sit within a small but experienced Project stream and report to the Project Manager. The Program is in the pre-transition phase and has just stood up 14 projects under a renewed program delivery and governance framework. This is an integration project to bring two organisations together to form one single point of contact.

The ideal candidate will have the following mandatory/highly desirable qualifications and experience:

• Whilst not mandatory, tertiary qualification in Information Technology or related discipline, including industry-specific certifications will be well regarded.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills of working successfully in a high-performance multi-functional team.

The scope of work and key accountabilities for the Systems Analyst includes, but is not limited to:

• Provide expertise in systems implementation project(s) including taking responsibility for technical design requirements, configuration requirements, and technical knowledge of individual systems within the overall integrated ecosystem.
• Provide support, and work constructively with, Process Analysts and Business Analysts to ensure the overall system is developed in a fit-for-purpose manner.
• Liaise, as required, with other System Administrators and Technical Leads (amongst other stakeholders) to ensure a cohesive and efficient ecosystem is developed.
• Work constructively with the Project Manager, Solution Architect and other team members to ensure transparency in progress, and shared understanding of issues. This includes, but is not limited to report and specification writing, status updates, verbal presentations etc.
