Coordinator, People Team
Flexcar is growing and we are looking for a Coordinator to support both our HR and TA teams! This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR/TA career or looking for a career change into HR/TA, to learn about both functions and take on increased responsibilities in a high-growth and exciting environment. As we are in a growth phase, there will be a considerable opportunity to help build the company's future direction and function.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate the candidate experience from start to finish, from scheduling interviews, gathering feedback, and preparing offer letters to supporting through to day one. This is a great way to learn full-cycle recruitment.
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in managing our applicant tracking system, including job postings and daily maintenance of candidate applications. You will learn how to use data to help organize, analyze and optimize TA databases.
- Collaborate with the team to host and attend recruiting events to build our employer brand.
- Collaborate globally with leaders in US, Jamaica, and India
- Work across all levels of the organization
People & Culture
- Work alongside the rest of the People Team on various initiatives including hybrid work culture building, onboarding, reward and recognition programs, DEI programs, and training and development.
What drives success for this role:
- Some experience with administrative tasks, project management, or other office-based work (internships count!)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Self-motivated and excited to tackle problems that don't always have a clear answer
- Interest in growing your career in HR
- Upmost integrity and ability to handle sensitive information (compensation data, disciplinary actions, etc) appropriately
- [Bonus] Previous HR experience, including with HRIS systems
