About the role:

Supporting the Parkwatch Supervisor and assisting customer service officers by using their subject matter expertise. You will be required to perform admin follow up and escalation tasks on behalf of customer service officer.

The Parkwatch team leader will be responsible for;

• Managing the shared inbox
• Data cleansing credit card systems
• Managing end to end escalated outages
• Ensuring shift compliance on rosters
• Monitoring and maintaining real time call queues
• Handling customer escalations and deescalating the situation in real time
• Training and supporting customer service officers
