The Role
The Timetabling Officer is responsible for delivering a successful end to end timetable process for all Monash College programs throughout the year to support the delivery of teaching programs. The role is also responsible for scheduling examinations and ad-hoc room requirements. Maintenance of system data, coordination of stakeholders and consistent application of business rules are essential responsibilities of this customer focused role.
Your background and experience

Tertiary qualification in IT or a relevant field or similar relevant qualification

Proficiency in MS Office suite, strong Excel required

Experience in using Syllabus Plus (desirable)

Knowledge of working with complex databases

Understanding of the Educational sector (desirable)

Ability to prioritise and work efficiently and accurately in times of high pressure

Ability to exercise discretion and empathy with customer needs

Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective communication

Proven ability to provide quality service in a client oriented environment
