Eden Ritchie Recruitment is seeking a Training Specialist to take the lead role in ensuring compliance requirements are known and met. Report and communicate on progress against training frameworks and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager, as a subject matter expert and in a project coordination role, to design and implement a training framework, suitable for over 3000 volunteers throughout Queensland.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint and other systems as required to achieve project outcomes.
- Take the lead role in ensuring RTO compliance requirements are known and met, including working productively with internal stakeholders and advisory groups.
- Reporting and communicating on progress against plans for implementing the training framework and other supporting deliverables.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven substantial (3+ years) experience in successfully planning, designing and implementing enterprise-wide training frameworks.
- COVID-19 Vaccinations x 2.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with training frameworks for volunteers would be well regarded.
- Experience with Axcelerate would be well regarded.
- Experience with implementing (and/or refining) RTO’s to successfully achieve desired benefits, would be well regarded.
