Amazon is seeking a Video Content Producer & Editor to lead the production of marketing assets in our in-house Creative Studio. As a Producer, you are driven by taking marketing strategies and developing high-end video assets across multiple digital platforms. As an Editor, you have hands-on experience working with video editing and motion graphics software, where you create and deliver the final cut yourself.

You are a crafted video storyteller who can develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards, and a wizard at taking existing video material and transforming it into new content. You are adept at managing agencies and film houses in producing video shoots, flexing your technical knowledge of all video & audio production, location management, casting, and all production assistance. You understand how video content is used in multiple video channels – including digital advertising, paid & organic social media, website development, events, and more. You are aware of the latest trends in social media, editing and motion graphic techniques, and beyond curious when it comes to innovation. You are at your best in a creative environment collaborating with copywriters, designers, and producers ensuring multiple marketing campaigns come to life and business projects and initiatives successfully deliver against expectations.

Key job responsibilities
This role resides on the Creative Team within Workforce Staffing, Marketing. Core responsibilities include:

• Own the end-to-end process for developing and delivering video content for all marketing campaigns and projects.
• Apply video editing and video production expertise to all in-house multimedia deliverables.
• Oversee all video vendor management – including production houses, software & equipment, library, and distribution & delivery systems.
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide the best video solutions for business needs.
• Pivot seamlessly between three distinct worlds:

• Business (understanding and respecting objectives of WFS and Amazon)
• Ideation (guiding teams to quickly create engaging materials)
• Production (producing video media as a member of the Creative Team)

• Drive best practices, continuous improvement, and provide recommendations for innovation.
• Role is hybrid: work from home and be in the office weekly.
