Training Program
Our training program kicks off with orientation and technical training providing you with the opportunity to learn about the Macquarie business groups across the United States as you meet your fellow analysts and expand your network.
On the desk, you’ll be given meaningful and challenging work. You’ll be encouraged to examine problems from every angle, challenge the status quo and come up with new and innovative ways of progressing our business while being supported by a diverse team. Your role
As an analyst with Macquarie Capital, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients and partners make opportunity reality through the innovative advice and flexible capital solutions we provide.
Typical tasks within Macquarie Capital might include financial modeling, drafting pitch books, helping to run key transaction work streams on live deals. Learn from our industry experts as you begin your career in one these areas:
Industry & Coverage Specialization and Capital Markets - this could include industry coverage groups such as Aerospace, Defense & Government Services, Consumer Gaming & Leisure, Financial Institutions Healthcare, Industrials, Software & Services, Technology as well as product groups such as Debt Capital Markets and Equity Capital Markets.
Infrastructure and Energy Capital – this includes infrastructure advisory, energy principal and infrastructure investment and development.
